Tax receipts
Charity identity and the email that delivers the PDF receipt.
Settings → Tax receipts is the legal identity printed on official donation receipts.
Charity identity
Registered charity name, business number, address, and contact details. These must match your filings (for example CRA in Canada). You are responsible for accuracy.
Receipt email
Subject, preview text, and body for the message that delivers the PDF. Merge tags fill in donor and gift details.
Branding logo can appear as a fallback; set a dedicated logo under Branding if you want a consistent mark.
Donors can also reopen receipts from the receipt portal link in that email.
