Embed a form

You can host a form on a campaign page or embed it on an existing site.

From the form editor

Open the form and use Embed. Copy the snippet onto your website. The form must be published or donors will not see a live checkout.

Embeds load Givevery’s hosted form in a frame on your page. Payment still goes through Stripe to your connected account.

Campaign pages vs embed

Approach	Use when
Campaign page	You want a full Givevery landing page (story, header, footer).
Embed	Your main site already has the story; you only need checkout.

Either way, edit the form in Givevery — you do not maintain a separate checkout.
