Overview

Home is the first screen after sign-in. It answers “how are we doing?” for the current organization.

Headline totals

Cards at the top show successful charges. Fees are not deducted from these numbers.

Metric	Meaning
One-time gifts	Successful one-time donations in the selected range.
New recurring	New monthly volume (not the lifetime of every plan).
Average gift	Average successful gift size.

Use the date controls on the page to change the window.

Donation trend

The line chart is daily donation amounts over time. Change the range with the selector on the chart.

Notices

If recurring gifts are past due (card declined, expired, and similar), a banner lists them so you can open the supporter and follow up. Card-update links can be sent from the supporter record.
